Reduce your screen  time. This is something really difficult in today’s tech-driven world and even more difficult if your work profile demands the same but if you can somehow manage to reduce your screen time even by 3-4 hours say if your work demands 8 hours of screen time so other than that the extra 4-5 hours of screen time on social networking sites or watching tv or youtube videos can be brought to 1- 2 hours. You all must have heard of eye-straining and adverse effects on your cognitive abilities because of higher  screen time.
